FUTURA
Manual, motorised or CNC operation
The measuring machine FUTURA is featured by the X-axis guiding system which is screwed to the side of the measuring plate. Available in many variations, FUTURA machines are real “allrounders” for any metrology tasks. FUTURA machines are offered in manual, motorised or CNC versions, with disengageable drives for combined manual/CNC operation, as one-column or duplex solutions.
FUTURA manual/motorised: Versatile, robust and smoothly running
FUTURA machines are characterised by their versatility. They are available for purely manual or motorised operation and can also be equipped with disengageable drives for a combination of both modes.
All FUTURA axes are very smoothly running, making them perfectly suited for manual use.
For manual operation we offer the FUTURA CMM with our wireless EASY Line iPad application. EASY Line includes a measurement counter, easy-to-use project management and many more features. It allows measuring with and without evaluation software and is compatible with most common measuring software packages—an additional advantage for more efficiency in the production process.

FUTURA CNC: The “Allrounder” Talent
Whether in pattern or tools and dies manufacture, in machine tools or in the quality control of automotive parts – the “allrounder” FUTURA performs reliably even in difficult ambient conditions.
For our FUTURA CNC horizontal arm measuring machines we only use components of proven quality, i.e. probe systems made by Renishaw. As for the measuring system, we equip our machines with a robust and dirt-resistant magnetic measuring system. Incident light systems (Renishaw) are available on request.
The FUTURA CNC measuring machines can be equipped with disengageable drives (option). This allows a switch to manual use at any time, for marking-out, boring operations, etc.
