The TomoScope® XS FOV (utility model) is a flexible and easy-to-use machine for fast measurements with industrial computed tomography. The 3D measurements take place directly in the field of view of the detector without moving axes and can be fully automated. Several small workpieces such as lids or dowels can be measured together using suitable fixtures. The TomoScope® XS FOV is ideal for measurements of plastic workpieces produced in large quantities close to production.
