The TomoScope® L is suitable for 3D measurements of very large workpieces with higher densities such as aluminum, steel, titanium, composites, ceramics and glass fibre-reinforced plastic and is characterised by its forward-looking modularity. Different expansion stages allow optimal adaptation to the respective requirements. The complete measurement with tomography can be supplemented by additional measurements of functional dimensions with highly accurate sensors in one set-up and in one coordinate system.
TomoScope® L

Large distance between X-ray tube and detector for precise measurement with small cone angles
Optical workpiece positioning aid for easy positioning of the measurement objects
Due to the accuracy achievable with a subvoxeling process and the high measuring point density, this technology is also ideal for correcting tools for injection moulding
The design and construction of all TomoScope® devices comply with full protection devices in accordance with the Radiation Protection Ordinance
A workpiece changing system can be integrated into the device housing and the computed tomography coordinate measuring machine can also be used continuously and automatically overnight and at weekends
High-precision 3D measurements even in production or incoming goods thanks to optional active device climate control
Standard-compliant calibration in accordance with VDI 2617 for reliable and traceable measurement results, optionally with DAkkS certificate
